- Papers should be sent to the Chairmen or Co-chairmen of the session via attached email address.
- Abstracts should be sent under file.doc or file.pdf to the R&D and Project Management Office (RDPMO) for printing.
- Full papers will be published in The Science & Technology Development Journal-VNU-HCM and The Journal of Science and Technology-Vietnam Acadamy of Science and Technology.

    Format of paper: The text is single-spaced: A4; font: times New Roman; size: 11; margin: top: 3.5cm; bottom: 4.5cm; left: 3.42cm; and right: 2.5cm. Format specifications can be downloaded on the website of the conference.

    Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Achievements
There is also a scientific and technological exhibition for individuals and organizations both inside and outside the university to exhibit their scientific products and latest accomplishments on 26-28/10/2011, including: 06 products ordered from the faculties at A5 Conference Hall and other products displayed at the faculties. Especially, the university will cooperate with the Department of Science and Technology Ho Chi Minh City in holding the technological equipment exhibition/ fair on 26-30/10/2011.
