The paper introduces an experimental program aiming to train the first intellectual asset managers in Viet Nam starting in May 2008. The Program is co-operated by The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) under the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and The Viet Nam Intellectual Property Research Institute (IPRI) belonging to The Ministry of Science and Technology.
