Abstract: Modeling results of the operation of double-capacitor microelectromechanical (MEMS) vibration-to-electrical energy converter are presented. The proposed converter is based on inplane overlap mechanism, and it has bridge circuit. An analysis of the performance of this converter is carried out. Analytical expressions for evaluation of the converter parameters are obtained in case of steady-state mode. Equations for calculation of the converter optimal parameters which lead to the maximum power output are derived.
